Oscar Milani, a naturalized German, came from Argentina in 1978. In his native town of Rosario and in Buenos Aires, he had first studied medicine and then music.
As a member of ensembles and as a soloist, he recorded many radio and CD recordings. He transcribed works by Astor Piazzolla and the orchestral suites by Johann Sebastian Bach (together with Mario Raskin).
